TS Galaxy head coach Adnan Beganovic says he enjoys working with the youngsters at his disposal, with the club possessing a plethora of upcoming talents in their ranks.
The Rockets have somewhat become a team that provides a pathway to Europe and the traditional Betway Premiership big three teams, for players.
Galaxy are anticipating a bidding war for highly rated starlets in Puso Dithejane and Khulumani Ndamane, while Seluleko Mahlambi is currently enjoying a breakthrough season at the club.
With a host of youngsters in the squad, Beganovic relishes honing their skills and giving them a chance in the first team, despite their age.
“I enjoy to work with young players, especially what we have now in our team, and I always say we try to find young and talented players. In South Africa, it's so easy to find so many young talents, good players in young age,” he said.
"We just need to find them and put [them] on our periodization and our work, and then I think afterwards most players understand everything that we want and then improve a lot. We are so happy but now we can't talk just about youngsters, we already have a good and strong team.
"We need to push more and now we expect more quality of young players, [but] it's not only about young but all players. It's about what you show on the field, you can have 16 years but if you play well, if you push, if you train well, if you score goals, if you do everything that you need to do in the field, you are a good player.
The Bosnian mentor continued: "You can be 40 years but if you don't do anything on the field [it doesn't matter]. So, that is the only difference about what we want and account for in the end.
Galaxy end 2025 sitting in eighth place after picking up 21 points in 14 league outings and return to Betway Premiership action with a visit to AmaZulu on 25 January 2026.
