Adonis Frías has suffered a right calf muscle injury and is now an absentee for Santos. The centre-back was replaced at half-time in the clássico against São Paulo after reporting pain.
According to Globo.com, tests on Thursday confirmed the muscle problem and the defender has begun physiotherapy treatment.
Coach Vojvoda also remains without midfielders Gustavo Henrique, who has a right adductor issue, and Willian Arão, who is recovering from kidney stone surgery.
Attacking midfielder Thaciano is transitioning back to the pitch after overcoming swelling in the back of his right thigh, with his status assessed daily.
Neymar, who turned 34 on Thursday, trained with the group at CT Rei Pelé. After the São Paulo match on Wednesday, Vojvoda struck a cautious note about a possible return against Noroeste.
Santos face Noroeste on Sunday at 16:00 Brasília time in Bauru at Estádio Alfredo de Castilho.
Players who started against São Paulo undertook recovery work in the gym, while the others trained on technical and tactical drills on the pitch.
