The Baraja name continues to resonate at Valencia. Adriana Baraja has helped Valencia CF Femenino lift the fourth edition of La Nostra Copa Valenta, starting in the number eight shirt like her father.

According to Superdeporte, she was among the standout performers for Alejandro Mora's side, who beat Mislata CF B in a dramatic final at Camp Municipal La Murta de Xàtiva. The triumph adds a fresh chapter to the family's story at the club.

After the final whistle, Rubén Baraja, watching from the stands, shared an emotional moment with his daughter, full of pride and valencianista spirit. The FFCV captured the scene, a snapshot of a dynasty closely tied to Mestalla.

Known as 'Pipo', Rubén Baraja is one of Valencia’s greats. As a player he was vital to the club’s finest era.

As head coach he returned in a critical moment to lead the team to safety in 2022/23. A year later he oversaw 49 points, Valencia’s best since 2020, a tally only Carlos Corberán has equalled this season.
