AFC Bournemouth draw AC Milan and Real Sociedad in Europa League phase | OneFootball

AFC Bournemouth have learned their Europa League league phase opponents, landing AC Milan at Dean Court and an away trip to Real Sociedad among eight assignments.

According to Bournemouth Echo, the Monaco draw began at 12pm UK time and used automated software to allocate two opponents from each pot, one home and one away. Bournemouth could not be paired with Crystal Palace or Sunderland due to association rules, and the full match calendar is due by Sunday.

The allocations then paired Bournemouth to travel to Sparta Prague and to host Viktoria Plzen.

Further announcements confirmed a visit to Celta Vigo and a home meeting with Sturm Graz, followed by a home tie with Be'er Sheva and an away trip to Lillestrom.

UEFA's Georgio Marchetti fronted the ceremony alongside 2022 winner Sebastian Rode, and the final will take place in Frankfurt.
