VI are reporting that Ajax are looking to extend the contract of the talented Rayane Bounida. The teenager is currently on a deal that runs until 2028, but given his performances and potential, Ajax are keen to negotiate a new deal beyond 2028 now so as to not risk losing him later down the line. Boundia is currently a Belgian youth international and broke into the Ajax first team a year ago.

So far this season, Boundia has been in great form for Ajax. He has played in 18 games across the Eredivisie, KNVB Cup and Champions League. Boundia has scored once and provided the side with eight assists. The teenager can play on either wing or behind the striker. Boundia has also appeared for Jong Ajax in the second tier of Dutch football. Boundia played 10 games for the Ajax second team, scoring twice and grabbing three assists.
