At the start of a quiet period in the market, Palmeiras have elevated Allan’s importance, turning down Napoli’s 35 million euro bid for the 21-year-old.
According to Globo.com, the refusal signals he is considered a pillar of Abel Ferreira’s side, and only an offer comparable to recent major sales would be entertained.
After consolidating himself with the seniors in 2025, he began 2026 valued by his coach. His winner against Santos last Wednesday underlined his growing influence and why Palmeiras are in no rush to sell.
He has started the first two Campeonato Paulista matches and is pushing for a place in the attack. With Paulinho expected to return in mid February, competition will sharpen.
Last season he made 54 appearances, scored three and provided six assists. The club expect higher goal involvement this year, which could boost his valuation. Ferreira has maintained there is no need to sell and that he is not counting on losing anyone, prioritising a strong, competitive team.
Unless a proposal surpasses Napoli’s figure, Allan will remain a central piece and is ready to repay the faith shown.
