The forward's fifth goal for the club came via a 94th-minute equaliser in the 2-2 draw against Southampton at St Mary's early in the month, helping Becky Langley's side secure a four-match unbeaten streak in the Barclays Women's Championship.
"That goal meant a lot to myself and the team as the fans had travelled so far to support us. The initial feeling was relief - to give back to the fans and earn a valuable point felt so important," said Andrews.
"Coming on and having that sort of impact shows the importance of having depth in the squad. If I'm starting or on the bench, I'll always just do what I can to benefit the team."
She added: "You always want to keep a run going, whether you're drawing or winning. Going back into camp on a Tuesday is much nicer when you're on a positive streak. It's great to reward the fans too, and as a team we're determined to keep building momentum this season."
Now settled into life in the North East, the 25-year-old aims to carry top form into an important month ahead, headlined by two local derby clashes - including a reunion with her former club Durham Women.
"I'm at the point where I've settled in and understand the team chemistry. I'm enjoying my football even more now. I've done a lot of psychology work to make sure I'm in the right mindset when I step onto the pitch and I feel like that's really helped me, too.
"There obviously wasn't much action this month with one league fixture and a cup game, but March is going to be a very busy period. We've got an incredibly important run of games and need the fans' support more than ever. I'm really looking forward to facing my former club, and the derby at St. James' Park will be incredible to experience. We'll focus on one game at a time, keep our heads down and look forward to the challenges ahead.
"I just want to keep enjoying my football at Newcastle. My aim is to simply score goals, assist and help the team as much as possible this season. Whether I'm starting or coming off the bench, I'll do everything I can for the club."
