Arijon Ibrahimović has extended his Bayern Munich contract until 30 June 2028 and is set to be integrated into Vincent Kompany's first team for the new season, according to BuLi News.

The 20-year-old spent last season on loan at Heidenheim.

Before that spell, he gained experience with Italian top-flight sides Frosinone and Lazio.

Sporting director Christoph Freund said Ibrahimović, who joined Bayern at 12, has progressed step by step through the Campus and targeted loans. He added that his year at Heidenheim helped him learn a lot personally to be ready for Bayern.

Freund called his development a strong example of the club’s pathway for talents, and said it is now not only about learning for the forward, it is about making his mark at Bayern.
