AS Roma ‘considering’ move for Raphaël Guerreiro on free transfer

Raphaël Guerreiro, now a free agent after leaving Bayern Munich in the summer, could be in line for a switch to AS Roma in Serie A.

Gazzetta dello Sport reports that the capital club are considering signing the Portuguese international.

Roma currently have one natural left-back in their squad, Anass Salah-Eddine.

Bringing him in could broaden Gian Piero Gasperini's options for the 2026-27 campaign.

He was linked with AC Milan and Bayer Leverkusen earlier in the summer, but those moves did not materialise.

Guerreiro made 95 appearances for Bayern across all competitions, scoring 14 goals and providing 8 assists.
