Serie A side Juventus are keen on getting rid of Jonathan David this summer and Aston Villa’s move could soon come forth.

The striker failed in his first season in Turin and fell out of favour under Luciano Spalletti, by the end of the campaign. Randal Kolo Muani has joined Juve but the Old Lady need another attacking signing, which can only go through if David leaves.

Tuttomercatoweb report that the striker has attracted interest from Aston Villa. They could soon make an offer for the Canada international, who is pretty much up for sale.

The Villans have chosen to initially proceed with a loan with an option to buy formula. Their exact figures for the deal are unknown but their offer is likely to be considering strongly by the Old Lady, who are increasingly desperate to part ways.

Juve have already made up their mind to sign Manchester United’s Joshua Zirkzee, with the English giants already open to his exit. Aston Villa’s move for David can unlock the deal for the Netherlands man, who has appeared desperate to leave Old Trafford.
