Another day in the winter transfer window has come to an end, and Football Italia reviews all the confirmed transfers on January 21.

It was an evening dominated by Champions League action, but Serie A clubs were still quite busy in bringing in reinforcements for the second part of the season.

Giovanni Fabbian (acffiorentina.com)

Fiorentina confirmed the arrival of Giovanni Fabbian on loan from Bologna. The deal includes an obligation to buy if certain conditions are met.

Simon Sohm will move in the opposite direction and has already trained with Bologna, even though his transfer from Fiorentina hasn’t yet been confirmed.

Bologna have also sent Ibrahim Sulemana back to Atalanta, and the Ghana international has then returned to Cagliari on loan.

Edoardo Bove has joined Waford on a free transfer after terminating his contract with Roma.

The Giallorossi have also officially terminated Leon Bailey’s loan, so the Jamaica international has returned to Aston Villa.

The winter transfer window will end on February 2 at 20:00 CET (19:00 GMT).
