Barcelona have taken another major step in their gradual expansion of the Spotify Camp Nou, confirming that members can now apply to purchase the 14,000 additional season tickets linked to Phase 1C of the stadium reopening.

While the club has not yet received the final administrative green light for this expansion, confidence remains high that the Barcelona City Council will approve the permit in the coming weeks.

The specific authorisation, known as License 1C, relates to the reopening of the North Stand and the corresponding increase in stadium capacity.

There is confidence

In anticipation of that approval, Barcelona have officially opened the registration process for members interested in securing one of the newly available seats.

The activation of these 14,000 spots remains conditional on the permit being granted, but the club is preparing in advance to ensure a smooth rollout.

Importantly, Barça have decided that 100% of the seats in this phase will be reserved exclusively for season ticket holders. This means existing members will receive priority access.

In their official communication, Barcelona stated,

“The season ticket will be valid as soon as the Club obtains the license to extend the capacity pertaining to phase 1C in the Gol Nord section.

Once granted, they will become effective as soon as possible,” it added.

The registration window begins immediately and will remain open until 24 hours after the club officially announces that Phase 1C has been approved.

If demand exceeds supply, the club has outlined a clear and transparent mechanism to allocate the seats.

“Should there be more applications than the number of seats available, there will be a draw in the presence of a notary public to ensure the utmost transparency and fairness during the process.”

Season ticket prices for this new allocation will range between €160 and €264, depending on the chosen location and the number of remaining fixtures this season.

Most importantly, the package will cover all La Liga and UEFA Champions League matches played at the Spotify Camp Nou for the rest of the campaign.
