Barcelona star misses training again before Girona | OneFootball

A member of the attacking ranks at La Liga giants Barcelona was a notable absentee from training once again on Wednesday.

The player in question? Raphinha.

Wide-man Raphinha is for his part of course condemned to a spell on the sidelines at present. This comes owing to a hamstring injury suffered last month.

The Brazilian’s issue is understood to be taking longer than expected to heal, with Raphinha yet to take his place back on the grass as a result.

And as alluded to above, as of Wednesday, the situation does not appear to have at all improved for the former Leeds United man.

As per a report from Barcelona insider Alex Pintanel, Raphinha played no part in group training at the Ciutat Esportiva this morning.

Back in the thick of things, on the other hand, were all of Andreas Christensen, Roony Bardghji and Frenkie de Jong, after finishing out their respective commitments on the international front.
