Bayern Munich hold meeting to discuss a move for Frankfurt's Nathaniel Brown | OneFootball

According to German TV channel Sport1, Bayern Munich have intensified their efforts to sign Eintracht Frankfurt's Nathaniel Brown.

It's even being reported that a meeting has already taken place regarding the signing of the left-back by the German record champions.

Brown would become an exciting alternative to Alphonso Davies, with the Canadian struggling with injuries all season long. 

Brown is under contract with Frankfurt until 2030 and the club had previously reportedly hoped for a staggering €65million transfer fee. 

However, missing out on European competition entirely has increased the pressure on the Hessen side to sell the 22-year-old.

As a consequence of not qualifying for a UEFA cup competition next season, Brown's price could drop further to ensure they cash in. 

In his 33 appearances in the Bundesliga this season, Brown has chipped in with a share of four goals and four assists in total.
