Manchester United players do not need to report until 9.45am for training at Carrington, but Benjamin Sesko is in at eight most mornings, according to the Telegraph.
The Man United summer signing will often jump in the hyperbaric chamber upon arrival for training, and it helps him boost the amount of oxygen in his bloodstream and also prepares his muscles for the activities of the day.
Sesko also stays behind when most of the Red Devils stars leave after training, and he is often seen doing a very long post-training session, including massages, sauna and ice baths.
Man United see the 22-year-old as a consummate professional and they hope he will develop into a world-class talent.
Sesko has scored just two goals and weighed in with one assist in 12 games since joining the Red Devils in the summer.
However, Man United staff have stressed how much of an upgrade he is on Rasmus Hojlund, brushing off his initial struggles in front of goal.
The Slovenian international has drawn praise from the coaches for his awareness, ball-winning abilities and distribution, and they expect him to come good soon.
Man United paid RB Leipzig £73.7 million to recruit the services of Sesko, and all eyes are on him following a slow start to his Red Devils’ career.
He picked up a knee injury in the 2-2 draw against Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday and was seen heavily limping after the game.
Fortunately, reports emerged yesterday that the injury is not serious, but it remains to be seen whether he will be available when action resumes after the international break.
Sesko was in fine form in Germany, notching 39 goals and eight assists in 87 games across two seasons, and the onus is now on him to replicate that form in England.
He has been working hard behind the scenes and in training as he looks to prove his worth in the Premier League, and the results will be evident on the pitch sooner or later.
