Boca are finalising preparations for Wednesday’s friendly against Millonarios at La Bombonera, the first match of 2026 and a special tribute in the Copa Miguel Ángel Russo.

According to LaNumer12.com.ar, head coach Claudio Úbeda has named a 28-player squad for the 19:00 kick-off at the Estadio Alberto J. Armando on 14 January.

The team continue pre-season ahead of official competition resuming in late January. Two warm-ups are set, Millonarios first then Olimpia in San Nicolás.

Goalkeepers: Agustín Marchesín, Leandro Brey, Javier García, Sebastián Díaz Robles. Defenders: Juan Barinaga, Lucas Blondel, Nicolás Figal, Lautaro Di Lollo, Mateo Mendía, Ayrton Costa, Marco Pellegrino, Lautaro Blanco.

Midfielders: Leandro Paredes, Milton Delgado, Camilo Rey Domenech, Tomás Belmonte, Santiago Dalmasso, Williams Alarcón, Ander Herrera, Malcom Braida, Kevin Zenón, Agustín Martegani.

Forwards: Joaquín Ruiz, Alan Velasco, Lucas Janson, Brian Aguirre, Exequiel Zeballos, Miguel Merentiel.
