Bologna are considering a move for Saint-Etienne winger Zuriko Davitashvili as a potential replacement for Dan Ndoye, reports from Italy claim, as Napoli and Nottingham Forest remain in negotiations over a move for the Swiss international.

According to what has been reported by Il Resto del Carlino, via TuttoMercatoWeb, Davitashvili has been offered to Bologna by the player’s representatives; the same agents who were involved in Napoli’s deal to sign Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in 2022.
Davitashvili’s arrival could only be facilitated if Dan Ndoye leaves Bologna this summer. It appears a likely scenario, with both Napoli and Nottingham Forest in talks with the Rossoblu club over the player. However, we revealed earlier this week that the Neapolitan side were refusing to meet Bologna’s €45 million price tag.

With replacements being shortlisted and Forest having the financial resources to compete with Napoli, it seems likely that the Swiss forward will be leaving Bologna but his destination hangs in the balance.
