Bragantino ‘to sign’ Wallace Yan after agreement with Flamengo | OneFootball

Bragantino are close to signing Wallace Yan, 21, from Flamengo, and the forward could feature for the São Paulo side in the second half of the year. Paparazzo Rubro-Negro reports that talks are advanced, though the transfer has not yet been finalised.

The agreement provides for payment of six million euros, around R$ 36.2 million, for 70% of his economic rights, plus the transfer of a Bragantino academy player to Flamengo.

The clubs were close to a deal in January for 10 million euros, but it fell through due to differences over the payment structure.

Wallace Yan impressed in the youth ranks under Filipe Luís in 2024 and was promoted to the senior squad when the coach took charge.

Last year he made 33 appearances, scored seven goals and delivered four assists. He was part of the squads that won the Libertadores and the Brasileiro, and travelled to Qatar for the Intercontinental Cup.
