He also highlighted the work being done behind the scenes, adding that Inter are pushing to stay in peak condition.

“We are working to make sure everyone is physically ready. We have a great staff that works hard on this.”

Turning his attention to Pisa, Carlos Augusto stressed that the newly promoted side must not be taken lightly.

“They are a tricky team,” he said. “In Serie A there are no more easy matches.”

Therefore, the defender made it clear that Inter cannot rely on reputation alone.

Instead, they must match their opponents’ intensity from the first minute.

Meanwhile, for Carlos Augusto, the approach is simple. “We have to give our best to take the win home,” he concluded.

Therefore, with a demanding schedule ahead, his message reflects Inter’s mindset as they look to navigate a decisive phase of the season without dropping points.

Afterwards, to DAZN, via FCInterNews, the Brazilian echoed much of his prior sentiment, before adding:

“Yes, it’s an opportunity, and we have to take advantage of it. The championship is long, and these games seem easy but then turn out to be tough. We have to do everything we can to win.”
