Brighton fan hails warm welcome in Tromso on European away trip | OneFootball

A Brighton supporter has lauded the warm, considerate welcome in Tromso during an away trip, saying locals and home fans went out of their way not to inconvenience others.

According to TheArgus.co.uk, the supporter and a dozen other Albion fans joined a march from the city centre to the ground, unfamiliar with the route, and were made to feel included.

Fans were seen stopping at red traffic lights and helping pram pushers to cross. Flares were lit, then placed in a bucket of water after use, and none were taken into the ground.

The city was described as wonderful but very expensive, a trip recommended only if you win the lottery.
