BTG Pactual in talks to operate Nubank Parque until 2044 | OneFootball

BTG Pactual is in advanced talks to run Palmeiras’ Nubank Parque until the end of 2044, according to Nosso Palestra. WTorre, which has managed the venue since its construction, currently oversees operations.

The parties are working on final contractual details, including an initial role for WTorre in day-to-day management. The deal under discussion would see shared control for about two years before BTG takes full control, with WTorre retaining roughly 10-20% of the partnership.

In 2024, Enforce, the BTG group’s credit manager, bought WTorre’s debt with Banco do Brasil related to the Allianz Parque build, valued at about R$ 650 million. The bank had already been assessing a move to manage the arena.

BTG Pactual also recently took part in approving the stadium’s naming-rights deal with Nubank.

WTorre and BTG Pactual declined to comment when contacted.

Palmeiras’ share of revenues from events, retail, parking and concessions at Nubank Parque rises over time, set at 20% for years one to five, 25% for years five to 10 and 30% for years 10 to 15.

It then increases to 35% for years 15 to 20, 40% for years 20 to 25 and 45% for years 25 to 30. For naming rights, seats and boxes, the split moves from 5% to 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% across the same periods.
