CD Castellón to open Gate 13 to ease Gol Norte Alto congestion | OneFootball

CD Castellón will open an extra gate in the Gol Norte Alto at SkyFi Castalia to reduce crowding around that section.

The club said that, after reviewing the situation with state security forces, Gate 13, at the corner with Preferencia, will be in operation from the next match to ease exit flow. It added the measure could be adjusted for safety reasons.

A recent reconfiguration of stand areas had contributed to bottlenecks in Gol Norte Alto, prompting changes to access and egress arrangements.

From this season, Gol Norte Alto also contains the away supporters’ section. Preferencia Alta now houses the UCO security room to comply with LaLiga requirements.

The adjustments are intended to improve movement around the stadium at full time, with operational details subject to safety assessments on the day.
