Champions League: Simon Adingra takes Paul Pogba's spot at AS Monaco

AS Monaco has just updated its squad list for this season's Champions League. Paul Pogba is now out! Simon Adingra, the club's new signing, has been included in the revised roster.

Paul Pogba has been removed from the list that AS Monaco will submit to UEFA for the remainder of the Champions League, according to reports from L'Equipe and RMC on Wednesday evening. This decision does little to reassure fans about the 2018 World Cup winner's return to action, as he has been sidelined with a calf injury since December.

AS Monaco has also removed central defender Mohammed Salisu and attacking midfielder Takumi Minamino from its Champions League squad. They will be replaced by winter signings Wout Faes and Simon Adingra.
