The West Londoners are on the lookout for midfieldersamid doubts around Enzo Fernandez. The Argentina international was not included in the squad for Sunday's win against Brighton, amid transfer interest from Manchester City.
Speaking at full-time, Alonso said Chelsea were open to all situations regarding Fernandez's future.
"We will see. We want the best for team,"Alonso said on the situation.
"If anything that will happen or develop, we are not sure. We are preparing for all the scenarios, but I know that from Wednesday, we have a team to challenge and I want to win."
Chelsea have set an asking price of around £120m for the 26-year-old, who is keen to leave Stamford Bridge.
