Chelsea have sold Liam Delap to Nottingham Forest for €52m, banking a quick profit.
According to L'Équipe, the 23-year-old’s departure was confirmed on Thursday.

Delap featured in 47 matches last season for the London club, scoring three goals.
He had struck 12 Premier League goals with Ipswich Town the previous campaign, before joining Chelsea in June 2025 for €36m.
A Manchester City academy graduate, he moved from the Sky Blues to Ipswich in 2024 for about €18m.
His transfers have repeatedly generated sizeable gains for his former clubs.
