City rally as Riis Jakobsen's late header earns point

Bristol City drew 2-2 with Leicester City at Ashton Gate on Wednesday night as the hosts slipped from ninth to 10th and the visitors climbed to 13th.
Jordan Ayew converted from the spot in the 17th minute after Stephy Mavididi was fouled. Bobby Decordova-Reid then doubled the lead on the stroke of half time (45.).
Mark Sykes halved the deficit seconds after the restart (46.). Jakub Stolarczyk made nine saves as the Foxes tried to hold on.
Half time changes lifted City, with Sinclair Armstrong introduced and soon crashing a header off the bar (63.). Ross McCrorie then crossed for Emil Riis Jakobsen to glance in the equaliser (83.).
City dominated the ball with 65.3% possession and registered 21 attempts, forcing pressure from 10 corners.
