A Newcastle United Season Ticket waiting list email has been sent to NUFC members.

The email (see below) invites Newcastle United members to apply to attend a ‘workshop’ as part of a consultation process.

Whilst the club refuse to say how many members there are, nor how many tickets are made available to them match by match, it is commonly thought there are more than 100,000 Newcastle United members and many of them would love to be able to buy a season ticket.

As we all know, an announcement on the plans for a brand new far bigger stadium, or a much extended St James’ Park, keeps getting put back by the Newcastle United owners.

Considering how low the success rate is in match ticket ballots, I think many members receiving this Newcastle United Season Ticket waiting list email, will have a chuckle when they see that their chances of being able to attend this workshop, could well depend on success in a…ballot.

This workshop is part of our ongoing commitment to fan engagement. Last season, over 2,000 supporters joined us for consultation sessions covering topics like away ticketing, membership, and connecting with our global fanbase. Now, we want your input on the Season Ticket Waiting List.
