Como have had quite a good season after promotion to the Serie A and they are ready to continue that next season. It does seem that they will keep hold of manager Cesc Fabregas for the 2025/26 campaign, despite him being linked to Milan and Bayer Leverkusen previously. Como’s transfer dealings have been fascinating, as they blended the youth of Maximo Perrone, Nico Paz and Assane Diao to the experience of the likes of Sergi Roberto and Andrea Belotti. Another interesting player they had signed in the January transfer window was Alex Valle from Barcelona on loan. He initially went on loan to Celtic at the start of the season and then to Como at the start of 2025. The left-back has impressed one and all in his 14 appearances and it seems that he is about to join them permanently as Como look to pay his €6 release clause as per Fabrizio Romano. Hansi Flick had liked the player initially but he doesn’t seem to be a part of the Blaugrana’s plans for next season. This is expected to be the first of many of Como’s signings this summer.
