Corinthians’ Campeonato Paulista semi-final at Novorizontino set for 20:30 Saturday | OneFootball

Corinthians will face Novorizontino in the Campeonato Paulista semi-final on Saturday 28 February at 20:30, at Estádio Dr. Jorge Ismael de Biasi in Novo Horizonte.

According to Meu Timao, the tie will be broadcast on Record, TNT, HBO Max and CazéTV.

The match is away because Corinthians are fourth in the expanded standings that combine the group stage with quarter-final results. That set up a meeting with leaders Novorizontino, who hold home advantage for a place in the final.

On the other side, Palmeiras face São Paulo in a single game on Sunday at 20:30 at Arena Barueri.

Competition rules state the semi-finals are one-legged, as in the previous round. The final returns to two legs and the overall points tally continues during the knockout phase.

Before resuming the state campaign, Corinthians travel to Minas Gerais to play Cruzeiro on Wednesday at 20:00 in the Campeonato Brasileiro’s fourth round.
