Corinthians defender and full-back make it into elite club history rankings

On the morning of last Saturday (1st), Corinthians hosted São Paulo at the Alfredo Schürig Stadium, Fazendinha, in a Majestoso derby valid for the 11th round of the first phase of the Paulista Women's Championship and won by a score of 3-1. The result kept the Alvinegro alone at the top of the state championship with 30 points – 29 goals scored and six conceded.

Two of the three goals were scored by center-back Thais Regina and left-back Tamires, who entered two historic rankings in the history of Corinthians women's football. The defender reached her fourth goal in 27 matches for the Brabas and became the tenth highest-scoring player in her position in the history of the club from Parque São Jorge.

Since her arrival at Corinthians at the beginning of the year, after a stint at Flamengo, the number 5 has 19 wins, five draws, and three losses – a 76.5% success rate. In addition, there have been two titles won so far: the Brazilian Championship and the Libertadores, both in 2025.

Meanwhile, left-back Tamires reached 37 goals in 204 matches and became the tenth highest scorer in the history of Corinthians Women. She matched forward Crivelari, who scored the same number of goals wearing the Corinthians shirt between 2019 and 2021. For the Alvinegro, the ‘Mother of the Faithful’ has 161 wins, 30 draws, and 13 losses, as well as 17 titles won across the Brazilian Championship, Libertadores, Paulistão, Supercopa, and Copa Paulista – the second most decorated player in the club's history.

The Brabas will return to the pitch next November 10th, Monday, at 8:00 pm (Brasília time), to face Palmeiras at Arena Barueri, for the 12th round of the first phase of the state championship.
