The striker has been sidelined since the end of July with a right thigh injury and has started individual work at CT Joaquim Grava.

Following Sunday’s defeat to Coritiba, head coach Fernando Diniz lavished praise on Memphis Depay.

The Dutch forward came on at half-time and played 51 minutes, but he could not change the result.

Meanwhile, Colombian forward Gisela Robledo has entered the final week of her contract. Despite Emily Lima saying Robledo will stay at Parque São Jorge, the club have not issued an official statement.
