Corinthians members file police and prosecutor complaint over leaked Ticketmaster proposal | OneFootball

According to Meu Timao, Corinthians members have filed a complaint with São Paulo’s Civil Police and the state Public Prosecutor’s Office over leaked club information, centred on a Ticketmaster proposal later withdrawn after becoming public.

The filing follows an earlier notice giving president Osmar Stabile until 18:00 to open a police report on leaks involving Fiel Torcedor, ticketing and facial recognition, or the members would escalate the matter.

The submission says the club did not open a report and alleges inaction that could harm its image. It asks for an external probe into the leaked Ticketmaster offer to identify those responsible, examine any omission by Stabile and others, and apply sanctions. It cites a possible Violation of Professional Secret under article 154 of the Brazilian Penal Code, with Drade and the 6ª Comarca criminal office to review the case.

Corinthians had negotiated with Ticketmaster and Ingresse to run Fiel Torcedor and ticketing. Ticketmaster’s offer included R$ 100 million in year one, R$ 150 million in year two, R$ 40 million in sponsorship and a five-year term, but it was withdrawn after the leak.

The leak sparked fallout at Parque São Jorge. The report said only four senior figures saw the full proposals, Osmar Stabile, Armando Mendonça, Fábio Soares and Ricardo Okabe, and added that Stabile was said to know who leaked the data but had not acted. The Conselho Deliberativo president, Romeu Tuma Júnior, opened an inquiry handled by the Comissão de Justiça and the Comissão de Ética e Disciplina.
