Corinthians are negotiating the sale of 20-year-old midfielder André to Nottingham Forest, with proposals exchanged but no final agreement.

According to the Daily Mail, the talks centre on a 13.6 million pound fee, about R$95 million, though Corinthians have not confirmed terms. The club holds 70% of the player’s economic rights.

Although not concluded, André’s possible exit in this window is anticipated by Fernando Diniz’s staff. The coach has said that if offers arrived for André and Breno Bidon, only one would be sold.

André is currently in the medical department, recovering from a grade two injury to the posterior muscle of his right thigh suffered in early August.

In March, president Osmar Stabile blocked a move to Milan after a deal had been agreed. The Italian club had offered 17 million euros, 15 million fixed plus 2 million in bonuses, with Corinthians due 20% of any future profit.
