According to Meu Timao, Corinthians have confirmed the dates and kick-off times for their LNF last-16 tie with Pato Futsal.
The first leg is on Monday 28 September at 21:30 at Ginásio Wlamir Marques in Parque São Jorge. The return is on Saturday 3 October at 17:00 at Arena Cláudio Petrycoski in Pato Branco, with both matches on LNF TV, the league’s official YouTube channel.
If the two legs end with two draws or one win each, extra time of two five-minute periods will be played. If parity remains, Pato advance thanks to their superior regular-season record.
Fernando Malafaia’s side finished the first phase 11th with four wins, four draws and seven defeats, all four wins at Ginásio Wlamir Marques. Pato finished sixth with seven wins, five defeats and three draws. The winners face Magnus, second overall, in the next round.
The head-to-head is tight. Across 13 meetings Corinthians have four wins, three defeats and six draws, scoring 27 and conceding 26. In the final round of the first phase they beat Pato 2-0 at Ginásio Wlamir Marques through Lucas Oliveira and Fabinho to clinch qualification.
Corinthians are chasing a third LNF crown after 2016 and 2022, having finished runners-up to Jaraguá in 2025.
The 2026 knockouts will also introduce Video Support, futsal’s equivalent of VAR, for specific cases such as goal decisions, penalties, straight red cards, mistaken identity and sixth fouls. The system may also be used for clock failures, goal confirmation and whether the ball crossed the line before the period-ending signal. Each team is allowed one unsuccessful challenge per period, which does not carry over, with an extra unsuccessful challenge in extra time.
