Soren Tengstedt changed it in the 38th minute with a left-footed finish, setting Go Ahead Eagles on their way to a 3-1 win over ADO Den Haag.

Meeting an Alfons Sampsted cross, Tengstedt drifted into space from the left channel and guided his shot into the centre of the goal with control and calm.

After the restart he drew a central save from Kilian Nikiema (62.). Moments later he slid a neat pass for Victor Edvardsen to arrow into the top right (64.).

He finished with three attempts, two on target, and nine touches in the box. Four successful dribbles and one big chance created underlined how his direct running and final pass kept ADO Den Haag pinned back.

His timing between the lines, plus that link with right-back Sampsted for the opener, repeatedly opened lanes into the area and ensured the Supereagles controlled the decisive moments.
