Ballon d’Or holder Ousmane Dembele put the defending champions ahead in the 12th minute, tapping Nuno Mendes’ cross into the net.
Marseille nearly got an immediate response through Amine Gouiri, whose close-range effort was saved superbly by Matvey Safonov.
PSG were on the attack again in the 21st minute as Bradley Barcola did well to wriggle into the area and curled a strike towards goal, but he was denied by the woodwork.
Dembele added a second for PSG after 37 minutes, taking advantage of Leonardo Balerdi’s poor pass to race through on goal, before beating Jeffrey De Lange at the near post.
He has now become the fastest player to score a brace in Le Classique since the 2018/19 season, and the 13th player to do the same for PSG.
Desire Doue came close to extending the advantage after a brilliant move after the break, but was denied by the woodwork.
The hosts made it 3-0 in the 64th minute through Facundo Medina’s own goal.
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia added to PSG’s cushion with a first-time volley, following a pass from Dembele.
Kang-in Lee completed the rout in the 74th minute, rifling past De Lange at the near post after combining with Senny Mayulu.
Luis Enrique’s side have reclaimed top spot in the Ligue 1, two points clear of second-placed Lens.
