Derby County say they have had no approaches for striker Patrick Agyemang and that he is not for sale, despite links with Leeds United and Crystal Palace.

According to DerbyshireLive, suggestions online of bids and a valuation being discussed do not reflect the situation, with no offers received and the American international not available for transfer.

The Rams have no intention of entertaining proposals for the forward, so any approach would be a waste of time given the club’s stance.

On the pitch, Agyemang headed the winner in the 1-0 victory at Preston at the weekend, taking him to seven goals for the season.

He then supplied the delivery that led to an own goal on Tuesday night during the Charlton fixture.

Asked about the remainder of January, Leeds head coach Daniel Farke said his side would monitor potential opportunities, adding they must weigh up options and remain selective even though many want to work for them.
