The 38-year-old is currently in charge of Hungarian side ETO Gyor after taking over this summer, but has made no secret of his ambition to eventually occupy the Celtic dugout.
Juarez spent a brief spell with the Hoops after arriving in Glasgow in 2010, before moving to Real Zaragoza on loan and later returning to Mexico with Club America.
His coaching career has since taken him across Europe and the Americas. Juarez worked alongside former Celtic boss Ronny Deila at New York City, Standard Liege and Club Brugge before stepping into management himself with Atletico Nacional and Pumas.
Now, Juarez has boldly predicted that another Celtic chapter awaits him.
He said via The Herald: “I will be the Celtic manager, make a note of that!
“I managed my former club Pumas and I will one day sit in the manager’s chair at Celtic.
“And I would like to take Gil Mora with me because I think he is ready to try himself in the stronger leagues in Europe.
“There are many talented players in Mexico who I think could also stand their ground in Europe and he is certainly one of them.”
