Bafana Bafana winger Elias Mokwana came off the bench to provide an assist as his team, Al-Hazem, secured a comeback 3-2 victory over Al Najma in the Saudi Pro League on Monday.
The bottom-placed outfit stunned Hazem as they went to the half-time break with a hard-earned two-goal cushion.
However, Amir Sayoud pulled one back in the 58th minute, before completing his brace in stoppage time after Mokwana, who entered the fray in the hour mark, laid him an assist for the equalizer.
Hazem turned the game around as Youssef Al-Shammari scored the decisive goal at the death to send the home crowd into a delirium.
As a result, moved up to 11th with 16 points accumulated from 14 Saudi Pro League outings this season.
Meanwhile, Mokwana has now taken his tally to three assists and a solitary goal in 12 matches across all competitions in the oil-rich kingdom.
The Bafana international signed for the Saudi club on a season-long loan from Tunisian giants Esperance de Tunis in August 2025.
Hazem are eligible to make the player's stay permanent as they retain an option to trigger the buy clause, with his contract in Tunis running until June 2027.
Mokwana won the Tunisian championship, Tunisian Cup and the Tunisian Super Cup last season, on his debut campaign after he joined from Betway Premiership outfit Sekhukhune United.
