Paris Saint-Germain have strengthened Paulo Cesar’s women’s staff, adding former France international and ex-PSG midfielder Élise Bussaglia as assistant and appointing Sébastien Moncé as goalkeeping coach after a season without a trophy.
The club said in a statement that the pair’s experience would be valuable to the sporting project and that these arrivals reflect a determination to keep improving the structure, provide the best performance conditions for the players and pursue the ambitious growth of the women’s section.
Bussaglia, 40, turns 41 in September and returns to Paris as Cesar’s assistant. She previously played for the club from 2009 to 2012.
After ending her playing career, she coached the women’s teams at Dijon and Charleville, then led Sedan’s men’s first team from 2024 to 2026.
Moncé, 49, had been on Le Mans’ first-team staff as an assistant goalkeeping coach and left the Sarthe club at the end of May.
