Everton Cebolinha trains with Santos, could debut against Cruzeiro | OneFootball

Everton Cebolinha completed his first Santos training session on Thursday morning at CT Rei Pelé. He could make his debut against Cruzeiro at Vila Belmiro on Saturday at 21:00 Brasília time in the Brasileirão.

According to Globo.com, he joined a ball session with team-mates who did not feature or played fewer than 45 minutes in Wednesday's Sudamericana win over Atlético-MG.

He is awaiting registration in the CBF's BID to be eligible to debut.

Under his contract termination agreement, he cannot face Flamengo, his former club, on eight October. Santos would need to pay a R$ two million penalty to field him in that match.

The squad will train again on Friday morning at CT Rei Pelé, the final session before facing Cruzeiro.
