AZ Alkmaar winger Isak Jensen (23) is set to make a loan move to FC Lorient, Get French Football News understands. The Denmark youth international is set to undergo a medical in Brittany ahead of the impending move.

Jensen, who joined AZ Alkmaar back in 2024, has made 55 appearances for the Dutch club. In that time, he has scored seven goals and registered eight assists. He is now set for a move away.

Le Havre miss out on Jensen

He had been subject of interest from Le Havre AC, GFFN understands, however, they have been beaten to the left-winger’s signature by Lorient, who, now owned by Black Knight Football Club (BKFC), approach the season with great ambition under new manager Alexandre Dujeux.

GFFN understands that he is set to travel for a medical in the coming days. Jensen will join Les Merlus on a loan deal that will include a buy option worth just over €3m.
