Motherwell beat Hibernian 1-0 at Easter Road, sealing fourth place on the final day after Lukas Fadinger's first half winner, a VAR-overturned Stephen Welsh effort and Elliot Watt's second booking.
Fadinger broke through in the 35th minute, drilling in from outside the box after Regan Charles-Cook slipped him in.
Raphael Sallinger kept Hibs alive with five saves, twice denying Tawanda Maswanhise and then thwarting Callum Slattery soon after the restart.
Hibs' plans were disrupted by early injuries to Rocky Bushiri and then Grant Hanley, with Dane Scarlett introduced around the hour, but the hosts lacked composure in the box.
Welsh thought he had levelled, only for VAR to rule out his finish (63.). Moments later, Watt received a second yellow and was sent off (67.).
Deep into added time, Scarlett's close-range header was blocked as Motherwell held firm.
Motherwell registered 14 attempts with six on target. Hibs managed one effort on target from nine.
Motherwell end the campaign on 61 points. Hibs conclude with 57.
