The Baggies go into the big game on the back of a 1-0 defeat to Nottingham Forest in the Northern Premier Division on Thursday, Gianna Mitchell scoring her first goal for the hosts in dramatic fashion.

Sunday’s games also feature leaders Wolves defending their unbeaten record away to Burnley, while Forest go to Cheltenham Town win a place in the League Plate final at stake. Sporting Khalsa take on AFC Wimbledon in the other half of the draw.

Relegation-threatened Sheffield FC almost held out for a draw at Huddersfield, only for Brittany Sanderson to make an 89th-minute breakthrough for Town and in stoppage time Ria Montgomery made sure of victory when following up Paige Crossman’s shot which came down off the bar.

The Terriers are at Division 1 North leaders Liverpool Feds at the weekend in the semi-finals of the League Cup, with the other tie between Southampton FC and Crawley Wasps.

Also on Thursday, Bridgwater United won 2-0 at Keynsham Town, who remain in the Southern Premier drop zone.  Holly Chandler crossed for Sydney Hinchcliffe to net in first-half added time, Daisy Ackerman came off the bench to open her account ten minutes from time.

Bridgwater next host Ipswich Town who hope to regain the leadership, while Portsmouth’s match with Cardiff City LFC has been moved to Fareham Town FC.

Bradford City welcome Alnwick Town to their new home of Bradford Park Avenue AFC, and it’s third versus second in Division 1 North as Leeds host Newcastle United.

AFC Bournemouth will go top of Division 1 South West if they avoid defeat at home to Maidenhead United.
