Eintracht Frankfurt have loaned Noah Fenyö to Újpest FC until the end of the season, with the Hungarian first-division club having an option to buy.
Noah Fenyö has moved to Újpest FC on loan. The Hungarian top-flight club from Budapest have an option to purchase at the end of the current season.
The 19-year-old moved in 2016 from FV Stierstadt to Eintracht Frankfurt’s youth academy and signed his first professional contract in June 2024, which was then extended ahead of time in September to run through to 2029.
The five-time Hungarian U21 international has regularly taken part in first-team training and was invited on both of the club’s recent summer training camps to the USA.
Fenyö, who plays in defence or defensive midfield, appeared in all 26 league games for the U19 side in 2023/24, then played another 26 times for the U21s in the Regionalliga Südwest in 2024/25, as well as getting his first call-ups to the first-team squad. Last season, he made 14 appearances for the U21s in the Hessenliga and captained the U19s five times in the UEFA Youth League.
“Over the past 18 months, Noah Fenyö has made very positive steps in his development, in particular in his training with the first team,” said Eintracht sporting director Timmo Hardung. “This development has been reflected most recently in the U21s and in the UEFA Youth League. He now has the opportunity to get valuable playing time in a league abroad and to take the next steps in his sporting development. We wish Noah every success in Budapest.”
