RC Arbaâ can finally breathe a sigh of relief. After several weeks of administrative turmoil, FIFA has announced the definitive closure of the disciplinary proceedings that had paralyzed the Algerian club, thus lifting the ban on registering new players. This decision, communicated on Wednesday via the governing body's legal portal, confirms that RCA has fulfilled all obligations set by FIFA Clearing House SAS. It brings an end to a heavy sanction initially imposed by the Disciplinary Committee.

The Algerian Football Federation (FAF) was immediately instructed to implement this verdict at the national level, effectively reinstating the club’s freedom to recruit. This comes as a major relief for the Ligue 2 amateur side, who were forced to start their season under dire circumstances. Unable to field their new signings, RCA had to forfeit the first two matchdays of the league. This extraordinary situation resulted in two defeats by default and an additional three-point deduction, plunging the club into a negative spiral before even playing a single minute of football.

This lifting of the sanction now turns a new page for the Blue and Whites. They will finally be able to count on their full squad as they look to revive their season and erase the deficit they've accumulated. In a demanding league where every point matters, RCA must now turn this administrative breakthrough into new sporting momentum.
