FIFPRO World 11 Shortlist 2025 — Two Arab Stars Shine Among the Elite

The FIFPRO World 11 race is officially on. The International Federation of Professional Footballers FIFPRO has announced the 26 man shortlist for the 2025 Men’s World 11 featuring football’s biggest global stars and 2 Arab icon proudly representing the region.

Egypt’s Mohamed Salah (Liverpool) and Morocco’s Achraf Hakimi (Paris Saint Germain) have been included among the nominees after another year of world class performances for club & country.

According to FIFPRO, more than 26000 professional players from 68 country voted for their ideal team, based on performances between 15 July 2024 and 3 August 2025.

To be eligible .. players must have featured in at least 30 official match during that period.

The final FIFPRO World 11 featuring the goalkeeper, 3 defender, 3 midfielder and 3 forwards with the highest votes will be officially unveiled on Monday 3 November 2025.

The shortlist highlights PSG’s dominance with 7 players nominated followed by Real Madrid with 5 while legends Cristiano Ronaldo & Lionel Messi continue to feature among the world’s elite.
