Design Tonic has completed a multimillion-pound upgrade across Leeds United’s Elland Road and Thorp Arch, delivering about 30,000 sq ft of new and refurbished space to enhance hospitality, corporate and player areas.
According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, the project was finished within the closed-season window and supports the club’s on and off-field ambitions alongside ongoing plans for Elland Road.
Head of IT and facilities Mark Broadley called it a key step that maintains a high-quality experience for hospitality guests while improving daily environments for first-team and Academy players. He said the finished spaces offer a strong platform as the club begins the new Premier League season.
A centrepiece is a fully designed and built 20,000 sq ft temporary hospitality marquee at Elland Road, in place while the new West Stand is redeveloped. It houses four suites with capacity for roughly 1,000 guests.
As an official Business Club Partner for the new season, Design Tonic also delivered a new President’s Lounge, a new Chairman’s Guest Lounge, and refurbished the club’s reception and boardroom. Each space reflects Leeds United’s established visual identity and its drive to elevate facilities and hospitality.
At Thorp Arch, the programme added an Academy canteen and boot room, and refurbished the players’ canteen.
Co-founder Amanda Cook said the firm’s seven-year relationship with the club shaped a consistent quality across sites, and she praised her team for completing a significant scope in a short timeframe.
