Flamengo await tests after Plata reports thigh pain | OneFootball

Flamengo are awaiting medical tests to determine Plata’s condition after the winger reported pain in the back of his right thigh near the end of Sunday’s 2-1 win over Red Bull Bragantino. The club said in a statement that he will be re-evaluated on the squad’s return and is due to undergo examinations on Tuesday 22.

Plata started at the Maracanã in the 28th round and was replaced in the closing minutes by Joaquín Freitas. He registered one effort on target, completed 32 of 38 passes and recorded 58 actions on the ball.
