Flamengo midfielder Kaylane called up as Brazil name 28 to face Argentina | OneFootball

According to Coluna Do Fla, Arthur Elias has named a 28-player Brazil women's squad for October friendlies against Argentina, with Flamengo midfielder Kaylane included. The call-up continues preparations for the 2027 Women's World Cup.

Kaylane, 17, has earned another opportunity under Elias and will look to press her claim for a place at next year's tournament.

Brazil will train during the FIFA window and face Argentina on 10 October at Estádio Beira Rio in Porto Alegre. The second match is set for 13 October at Arena Pernambuco in Recife, with kick-off times yet to be confirmed.

Marta has not been selected for this period. She recently returned from injury and has featured only in Orlando Pride's latest matches.

After this window, Brazil have another date in November 2026. In 2027 there will be two further friendly slots before Elias finalises his World Cup list.
